March 2, 2008  +++ News Updates +++

So, there are Quarterlife 33 and Quarterlife 34 and both went online together with 31 and 32 *sigh* this was beyond imagination and therefore I was not looking for it. The Quarterlife part preview 35 is online too.

February 24, 2008  +++ News Updates +++

Quarterlife 32 is online as well.

February 23, 2008  +++ News Updates +++

Over a month? Geez! Sorry for that but it has been a very busy month and even now I feel like I should be working and not having fun *smile*

So, there is another ‘behind the scenes’ clip from Quarterlife that features Eric Stoltz, called
Shooting the Od Scene.

Quarterlife episode ‘Home Sweet Home’ (season 1, episode 6, part 1 or
quarterlife 31, whatever you prefer), directed by Eric Stoltz is online.

Hope you read the note in my guest book on
The Triangle being on SFC channel again. Thanks Sheila for posting it!

January 17, 2008 +++ News & Site Updates +++

News first:
Eric Stoltz directed another Quarterlife episode which is “Home Sweet Home”. It is ‘episode 6 of season 1”. So, it should be part 31 to 36.

And he directed two more Boston Legal eps, which were broadcasted last November & December. Sorry for missing that. Titles are "The Object of My Affection" (#4.06) and "Oral Contracts" (#4.08).

Filmography and Recent Projects updates.

Short clip with Eric Stoltz on You Tube. He’s talking about filming Quarterlife.

January 3, 2008  +++ finding of the day +++

Joanna posted this a while ago in my guest book and I have to admit that I had doubted that this is Eric Stoltz, but ... nah ... now I think, it is him, so, decide for yourself, whether the guy on the left (not the dancing one!) and the voice in the off is Eric Stoltz or not: Quarterlife ‘Behind the Scenes’ (YouTube.com)

December 31, 2007  +++ news update +++

Quarterlife part 14 & 15 are online. Please, use this link to part 13 and the next eps are posted on the right.

The
Eric Stoltz Calendar 2008 is online as well. Comments welcomed!

December 21, 2007  +++ news update +++

The Quarterlife ep directed by Eric Stoltz is now streaming on MySpace. It is ‘part 13’ for those who do not like to use this link.

December 3, 2007 +++ news update +++

Eric Stoltz news first:

The
Quarterlife ep Eric Stoltz directed is Anxiety, which is season 1 episode 3 according to imdb.com.

His
Howl attachment is confirmed. No spoilers here, so if you want to know more, imdb.com will help out. Release date is 2008.

Private note:
Sorry for being away without letting you know! I will start working on the Eric Stoltz calendar soon. Around Christmas it should be online. Have fun!

November 18, 2007  +++ news update +++

Eric Stoltz directed or is to direct one (or more?) episode of quarterlife. Interestingly, this is a series produced for the web, which is to be picked up by NBC. I couldn’t find out, which episode he was linked with, so here are the three parts of episode one:

Quarterlife Part 1
Quarterlife Part 2
Quarterlife Part 3

And here is a little
background on the whole project (HollywoodReporter.com).

November 12, 2007  +++ finds of the day +++

Two little YouTube thingies:

Manifesto-Trailer (R / FSK16) (1988)
Charlie Rose interview with Eric Stoltz (1996)

Ysabella promoted this Charlie Rose interview on her site a while ago.
So, a high-five to Ysa!

October 23, 2007

You know that I think that this little Eric Stoltz fandom is wonderful and you all are gorgeous, don’t you? Just got a note from ‘J#2’ that she found Part 1 of Hello -- a short film Eric Stoltz filmed back in 2003 -- flooding online. It is a 1:05 sequence and can be downloaded from here. (library.ppld.org)

The site belongs to a public library, but you must be a resident of the district to get the library card required to download the whole movie. Well, the Pikes Peak Library District is not on this side of the world, at least not for me. But it seems that more than just one eLibrary is offering this service. Check out your local system!

And it also seems like nano-tv.com got the license for the film now. And last not least, some more details
here. (www.internationalshorts.com)

And here once more -- I forgot to link it the last time -- the
Passion of Ayn Rand video link

Stay tuned!

October 13, 2007

Hi S. F.! I deleted your email on Eric Stoltz and Vanity Fair by accident. Could you send it me once more, please?

My computer is back online and so am I! Have fun!

September 30, 2007

A big huge up and jumping

Happy Birthday

to Mr. Eric Stoltz himself!

September 24, 2007 +++ find of the day +++

As a regular visitor you may know that I am not into YouTube, even though I seem to get used to it. Still searching for updates on ‘Cubs’, the new TV show Eric Stoltz is supposed to be attached to, this crossed my way: The Passion of Ayn Rand. A music video (Justin Timberlake’s ‘What Goes Around’ in the background) with scenes from the movie. Enjoy!

September 23, 2007 +++ News Update +++

According to imdb.com, Eric Stoltz is not attached to Dragster anymore. The project is still listed, though. No more info on that one at the moment.

September 21, 2007 +++ private note +++

Last week, my cat Tonia passed away. We had 16 wonderful years, but still it is the loss of a very good friend and I simply mis her.

September 5, 2007 +++ News Updates +++

Mask is to become a musical. The Pasadena Playhouse will world premiere it next season as an adaptation of the Universal motion picture, beginning March 7, 2008. (Thanks Catherine!)

There are rumors that Eric Stoltz is filming a new TV pilot. No further details yet. Have a look here and scroll down to June 07, 2007. Doesn’t this face look familiar *smile* (Thanks Ysa!)

The Flickr photo is not new. I cannot tell when it was taken, but the date mentioned is referring to the date the photo was scanned. Sorry for that. (Thanks J.)

August 28, 2007 +++ no updates +++

I am still here. There is just nothing to post at the moment. Eric Stoltz was mentioned a few times in different online magazines, but no real update or new photo.

Because of Eric Stoltz’ birthday in about a month, I am planning another birthday card thingy. So, please, send in you birthday greetings to Eric Stoltz until September 20, 2007.

Do to this, please use my email account (leethana[at]yahoo.de) or my guest book. There is the option to create a private message to the owner.

July 31, 2007 +++ News Update +++

Updates on ‘The Grand Design’: According to IMDb.com, there is a limited release for the USA on September 10, 2007. No idea what ‘limited’ means in this context.

July 29, 2007 +++ News Update +++

Ever checked the amount of books mentioning Eric Stoltz on Amazon.com? Worth a try. Over 200 are listed! Because of the ‘search inside’ option, you might be able to read some of the notes.

July 25, 2007 +++ News Update +++

New photo of Eric Stoltz here. It is on Flickr. And according to the editor’s note, it was taken this April.

July 10, 2007 +++ Site Update +++

So, no Flash thingies for the site anymore :) no prob.

The
Outlines were updated, as well as the Links site. Geez, I have to run the link check over those within the next few days.

Sonia (thank you!) pointed out that the ‘Brief Moments’ video clip is online, along with tons of other Eric Stoltz clips (thanks Carmen!). I do not have a high-speed connection -- force majeur so to say -- so, I have to admit that I hardly have a look at those.

Here’s the “All I Want” link:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=K-fCepUV-gs

A small reminder: The
LATW ‘The Play’s The Thing’ recordings are broadcasted via internet regularly. I do not post the reruns that often, but if you are interested in listening to Eric Stoltz’ LATW projects, check this site:
http://www.scpr.org/programs/latw/

Thanks for the ongoing support! Thanks for the mails and the posts. I really appreciate this. I just wish that there would be more to write about Eric Stoltz. He’s kind of hiding. Just rumors, just hints, no fact. And I do not like to post anything that is not covered by at least two sources.

June 22, 2007 +++ Site Update +++

New fan art by Sarah (noordinary.de). Have a look here.

June 19, 2007 +++ News Update +++

To solve the riddle, you just have to click on the quote to activate it and then roll over the stars.

Carmen sent me some Eric Stoltz related
YouTube links. Besides Out of Out clips, there are music video with scenes from Some Kind of Wonderful and ‘Pulp Muppets’ (thanks Ysabella!). Just type in the title and there you go.

June 5, 2007 +++ Site Update +++

After attending a FlashMX course (for beginners), the quote is the first little thingy I did for the site. If you have problems loading it, you belong to the vast majority of internet users who either do not allow their computers to commute Flash files or have an old Flash player version that is a little *cough* outdated. I just have to point this out, four out of five betas were not able to open it, even though this little star twinkle quote just requires v.5.

Please, let me know whether you like me to add more Flash stuff to the site or not.
This way to the message board for an open discussion or send me an email: leethana[at]yahoo.de.
